EOI REMOTE SITE MONITORING SOLUTION

Faisalabad Industrial Estates Development and Management Company (FEIDMC) has been establishment by Government  of the Punjab on the basis of Public Private Partnership to achieve orderly planned and rapid industrialization. The main objective is to develop a chain of new industrial estates along with upgrading the existing one in a dynamic and innovative manner. FIEDMC has undertaken development of two state of the art industrial Estates namely Value Addition City and M-3 Industrial City.

FIEDMC requires to invite (EOI) from experienced firms for providing remote site monitoring , solutions for its interchange along motorway M3 about 30 km from city.

FIEDMC requires a remote monitoring solution which fulfills following requirements etc.

1. Embedded audio & video surveillance system with remote monitoring having secure date connectivity, easy to use and portable solution. Fully autonomous tracking solution.

2. Secure audio (2 way channel) and video communication channel with good quality of voice and broadband date communication system.

3. Solution to have facility to directly attach camera with terminal and could browse IP/CCTV cameras installed in remote sites and deliver real time video to multiple sites.

4. Site-to-Site video conferencing and data connectivity.

5. Portable, lightweight computer system with maximum power backup and high configuration client systems

6. Vehicular communication system which is easy to install and troubleshoot. Terminals could be connected to laptop & PC by wired and wireless connections.

Interested companies are requested to submit the following information for pre-qualification and short listing

• Name of the Firm, address phone, Fax, Email address

• Organization Structure, Memorandum and Article of Associate and the date of the establishment of the firm, etc.

• Copy of the firm's accreditation certificate and registration with professional association, if any

• Detail of major similar projects completed during the last 10 years and certificate of completion issued by sponsors / customers.

• Financial of the Firm for the last five years.

• Affidavit of the firm for not being blacklisted from any Government department/organization.

• Income Tax and GST Numbers and clearance certificate issued by the concerned authority.

• A bank draft amounting of Rs, 2, 000/ (non-refundable) in the name of FIEDMC.

• Firms supplying wrong of misleading information will be disqualified.

FIEDMC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to accept or reject any or all the applications for the prequalification without assingning any reason.

The complete Expression of interest (three copies) should reach the office of the undersigned within 15 days of publication of this advertisement.
