Due to expansions/upcoming projects, the company, is looking for self-driver, highly qualified, vastly experienced, assertive, team leaders and and self-assured GENERAL MANAGERS, in different disciplines like Operation, Project Management, Marketing, Commercial, Agri Division, Engineering, Power Plant Project and Energy Conservation/Energy Audit.

The General Managers are expected to be:

Visionaries, with a capacity to propose and implement approved operating growth strategies

To provide guidance and direction to respective team in a corporate enc environment

These are leadership positions and the candidates should have

• Credible and positive attitude, drive, commitment, emotional stability
• Team Spirit and very good inter-personal relations qualities
• Competence to head and run the respective departments/divisions
• And should be go-getter, to achieve the business objectives

Qualifications:
Post graduate degree as per relevance of profession. However for engineering related positions Engineering Degree in relevant discipline is pre-requisite. Preference would also be given to individuals with techno-commercial and marketing and for Agri, the candidate must be M.Sc./Bc. Agri  (Preferably specialization in Soil Science or Agronomy).

Experience:
20 to 25 years experience directly relevant to the profession, preferably in large industrial set-up.
