 RESEARCH PROPOSALS
 HEC-CSF APPLIED RESEARCH SUPPORT PROGRAM
 the Higher Education Commission (HEC) and Competitiveness Support Fund (CSF), A joint initiative of Ministry of finance Government of Pakistan and USAID have joined hands to strengthen industry -academia linkages to promote knowledge -based enterprise development in Pakistan. the two organizations have decided to facilitate science and technology -based projects that have a potential to be commercialized. In pursuance of the joint objective, the HEC and CSF are pleased to invite industrial based research proposals under the " HEC- CSF Applied Research Support Program" The proposal may be submitted by a Public Sector / University / Degree Awarding Institutions (DAIs) in collaboration with local Industry for a period of two (2) years. The principal Investigator (PI) of the project should be a full time faculty member of University / DAI and the CO-PI should be from industry.
