TB Program Vacancies
Staff required for a project of national TB Control Program, funded by the Global /fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria (GFATM). Global Find a performance based funding created to dramatically increase resources to fight three of the world's most devastating diseases, and to direct those resources to areas of greatest need. National TB Control Programme has been successful in winning the Global Fund grant for two years which is extendible for five years on base of performance.
SENIOR PROJECT OFFICER PR: (1 Senior level position) based in Islamabad Qualification and experience: Medical graduate with Post graduation in Public Health Tuberculosis. Maximum Age 55 years, Minimum 10 years working experience in Public Health. Experience of working with Public Sector or International Organizations will be preferred Experience of Project implementations is must.
SENIOR PROJECT OFFICER PIU (1 senior level position) based in Islamabad Qualification and experience: Medical graduate with Post graduation in Public Health or Tuberculosis, Maximum Age 55 years, Minimum 10 years working experience in public Health. Experience of working with Public or International Organizations will be preferred. Experience of Project implementations is must.
COORDINATOR LABORATORY: (1 position) based in Islamabad Qualification and experience: Medical Graduate with Post graduation in Clinical Pathology Maximum Age 50 years, Minimum 6 years experience in public health laboratories, including 3 years in TB laboratory. Experience of planning, implementation and management in a public health program is essential.
COORDINATOR HEALTH SYSTEM STRENGTHENING (1 position) based in Islamabad Qualification and experience: Medical graduate with post graduation in Public health. Maximum Age 50 years, Minimum 5 years experience in public health Programme planning, implementation. Experience of developing training plans, material, conducting / coordinating and facilitating training programs is required.
COORDINATOR TB / HIV & MORTB (1 Position) based in Islamabad Qualification and experience: Medical graduate with Post graduation in public health or Tuberculosis. Maximum Age 50 years, Minimum 5 years of experience in health care is essential. Experience of TB / HIV and MDR TB will be preferred. Experience with international / technical organizations like WHO will add advantage.
ADVISOR ACSM (1Position) based in Islamabad Qualification and experience: Post graduate in Mass Communication, Communication Sciences, Business Administration with Specialization in Marketing / Advertising or Social Sciences Maximum Age 50 years, Minimum 5 years experience in development and corporate communications with emphasis on corporate social responsibility or media / advertising social marketing campaigns Experience in Public health program will be preferred.
FINANCE MANAGER (1Position) based in Islamabad Qualification and experience: CA or CA Finalist or ACCA / or MBA Finance. Maximum Age 50 years, Minimum 5 years of experience is required in case of CA or CA Finalist or ACCA and minimum 10 years experience is required in case of MBA Finance. 3 years experience of working as head of finance department for donor funded projects is essential. Orientation of global fund procedures and experience of working in health sector with International Organizations / NGOs will be preferred.
ADMIN MANAGER (1Position) based in Islamabad qualification and experience: Master or MPA, Minimum 10 years experience of administration in Public or Private sector. Good management, coordination and documentation skills are strongly desired. Enthusiastic individual with self starting abilities and good understanding of staff management is desired.
PROCUREMENT AND SUPPLY MANAGER (1 Position) based in Islamabad: Qualification and experience: Master's Degree, Maximum Age 50 years. Minimum 5 years relevant experience (procurement and inventory control) at National / Provincial level preferably in public health programs is required. Sound knowledge of procurement and supply management procedures with strong organizational, administrations, reporting and computer skills are required.

Experience of working in TB Control Program will be preferred.
IT SPECIALIST(1 Position) based in Islamabad Qualification and experience: Masters in computer sciences from a recognized University. Maximum Age 40 years. Minimum 04 years relevant experience of software development and network management. Experience of working with Public Sector or International Organizations wil be preferred.
PROGRAM OFFICER (2 Position) based in Islamabad Qualification and experience: Medical graduate with Post graduation health or tuberculosis. Maximum Age 50 years, Minimum 5 years experience of public health in public sector with NGOs. Experience of working with TB control Programme will be preferred.
DEPUTY COORDINATOR LABORATORY (1 Position) based in Islamabad Qualification and experience: Medical with Post graduation in Clinical Pathology / Microbiology / Public health. Maximum Age 50 years, Minimum 5 years experience in public health services of Planning, implementation and management. Orientation of minimum requirement roles and operation of reference and experience of working in TB Laboratory will be preferred.
MONITORING AND EVALUATION OFFICERS (3 Position) based in Islamabad Qualification and experience: Medical Graduate with public health post graduation Maximum Age 50 years, Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in monitoring and evaluation of public health interventions in public or private sector organizations. Experience in International Organizations / TB Control will be preferred.
COORDINATOR ACSM (1 Position) based in Islamabad Qualification and experience: Post graduate in Social Science, Mass Communication Sciences, Business Administration with Specialization in Marketing / Advertising. Maximum Age 45 years. Minimum 3 years of experience in health communication. A good understanding of communication tools, media environment and strategy implementation is a prerequisite. Good writing and verbal communication skills are must.
AUDIT MANAGER (1 Position) based in Islamabad Qualification and experience: Master in Commerce or CA or MBA Finance or Graduate with SAS qualification. Maximum Age 50 years. (Age can be relaxed in case of relevant experience). Minimum 5 years of experience in auditing in case of Master in Commerce or CA or MBA Finance and minimum 15 years of experience in case of graduate with SAS qualification. Experience of working with Public Sector will add advantage.
SENIOR MICROBIOLOGIST (1 Position) based in Islamabad Qualification and experience: Medical Graduate with Post graduation in Microbiology Maximum Age 50 years, Minimum 6 years experience of working in Microbiology minimum 2yrs in TB laboratory in a senior position. Sound knowledge of techniques quality assurance procedures, laboratory equipment and its care applicable to TB lab is preferred.
FINANCE OFFICERS (4 Positions) based in Islamabad Qualification and experience: CA, ICMA ACMA / MBA Finance (HEC recognized), Maximum Age 40 years of relevant experience. Experience of financial reporting financial reporting management and disbursements of grants is required. Experience of working with International Organizations / NGOs will be preferred.

Candidates should have pleasant personality, with good computer, administrative and communication skills. Experience of working with International Organizations / NGOs will be preferred.
HUMAN RESOURCE OFFICER (1 Position) based in Islamabad Qualification and experience: Master degree, Maximum Age 50 years. Minimum 3 year relative experience. Training in HRD programs and experience of working in public health sector will be preferred.
AUDIT ASSISTANT (1 Position) based in Islamabad Qualification and experience: Commerce Graduates, Maximum Age 35 years. Minimum 1 year experience of book keeping and maintenance of accounts in public or private sector organization. Experience in Auditing will add advantage.
OFFICE / IT ASSISTANTS (11 Position) based in Islamabad Qualification and experience: Computer graduates / bachelors with diploma in hardware and software maintenance. Maximum Age 35 years. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience. Having full command on Microsoft Office. Client level trouble shooting.
TRANSPORT OFFICER (1 Position) based in Islamabad Qualification and experience: Graduation, Maximum Age 40 years of relative experience. Strong organizational and administrative skills are required. Experience in working with public sector and International Organizations will be preferred.
DATA ASSISTANT (1 Position) based in Islamabad Qualification and experience: Graduate with diploma in computers. Maximum Age 40 years, Minimum 2 years of relevant experience Command on Data Base software applications and experience of Data collection, entry and analysis will be considered.
